How long does an inspection take?

Can I use the report for insurance?

You are not required to use our claim service to get the report.

Yes. Visual commercial inspections are free. TPO or EPDM moisture scanning with infrared or capacitance equipment is quoted separately since the equipment cost is real. Most small commercial properties in Charlotte get a visual-only inspection at no charge. Larger portfolio-scale inspections get their own scope.
