Do you serve North Carolina and South Carolina?
Yes. We cover Mecklenburg County and surrounding NC counties including Union and Cabarrus, plus York County SC communities like Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Tega Cay, and Lake Wylie. Because we are licensed public adjusters in house, we can also file claims with both NC and SC carriers. Call either line and we confirm coverage for your ZIP.

What warranty do you offer on a new roof?
Every new roof installed by Hard Roof comes with a 30-year installation warranty registered in your name. The manufacturer warranty on the shingles layers on top of that. Transfer terms add resale value when you sell the home. Warranty documentation is delivered at project close-out along with final photos of the completed work.
Do I pay anything besides my deductible on a claim?
On covered replacement claims, no. Your deductible is the only out-of-pocket cost when Hard Roof files the claim and performs the work. Financing is available at $0 down if you would rather spread the deductible. We disclose any decking repair costs on the estimate before install day, so there are no surprise add-ons.
